Breathing is important!
Asthma affects an estimated 17 million Americans with such symptoms as problems breathing, wheezing, chest tightness or cough, but you don’t have to suffer! Even patients with bad asthma should be able to do whatever activities they want to do during the day without asthma interfering, and should be able to sleep all night without symptoms. Asthma is only considered well-controlled if you have no more than slight symptoms once or twice a week. If your asthma is not well-controlled, we can almost always help you to achieve asthma control with avoidance of triggers, including allergens, and with medications, including the new target-specific biologics.
Breathing shouldn’t be something you have to worry about.
